Biography

On graduating from Central St Martins College of Art and Design in London with a BA honours degree, Camilla fled the city and moved to the mountains to turn a much loved hobby into her career. This native Scot works between Switzerland's Verbier and New Zealand's Wanaka, occasionally finding time to visit her hometown of Edinburgh. She is becoming recognised internationally as a rising talent in snow sports photography. Camilla's shots have been published in magazines all over the world, and used internationally for adverts, posters and photo stories, as she is not shy to write a line or two. Camilla's event work stretches from photographing competitions such as the prestigious New Zealand Freeski Open, to Royal events for The National Trust for Scotland. She has also just been signed up as part of the online photo library Kumara Images.

Camilla has been known to pick up the video camera from time to time and has a number of clients she makes promotional films for. She has been part of the official film crew in competitions such as the NZ Burton Open, and Verbier Ride, which are broadcast all over the world. She has also had her footage included in ski movies.
